Meet the CIRC Biodigester:

modular, on-site & sustainable

  • Our CIRC biodigesters are built to adapt. Thanks to their modular design, each system can be configured to match your exact needs, with processing capacities ranging from 100 kg to over 600 kg of food waste per day. Have specific requirements? Let’s create a solution that fits yourorganization perfectly.

  • Our biodigesters keep getting better. By securely sharing performance data from every machine, CIRC continuously analyzes and optimizes system performance—ensuring long term efficiency and maximum results for you.

  • With the CIRC app, you gain clear insight into your biodigester’s performance. Easily track biogas and biowater production and see how much CO2 you are saving. The app also allows you to unlock the feed valve, with access securely limited to registered and verified users for optimal safety and data protection.

  • Touchscreen for effortless operation. Secure identification via the app unlocks the installation through the touchscreen. Add the right food waste, close the feed hatch, and the system takes care of the rest—automatically, safely, and effortlessly.

  • 24/7 monitoring through advanced sensors ensures we always know the status of the machine. At CIRC, we monitor the biodigesters remotely, allowing us to immediately send notifications when you need to be informed about your digester.

Through the app, we provide you with performance insights as well as essential information in case of alerts.

We keep you informed not only to give you insight into performance, but also regarding the safety of the machine. This makes the system very easy to use and highly

  • CIRC biodigesters feature a robust, durable housing designed for longterm reliability. All systems are modular, CE certified, and fully compliant with applicable legal safety standards.

  • Once processed, the biogas and biowater produced can be used immediately. On average, one kilogram of organic food waste yields approximately 0.3 m³ of biogas and 1 litre of biowater. Output varies depending on the type of food waste used—for example, leafy greens produce less energy than items such as pizza or cheese. Curious which business case fits your organization best? We’re happy to explore it with you.

  • Flexible storage, when you need it biogas and biowater are available for immediate use, while flexible storage options ensure maximum control. Every installation includes a lowpressure biogas tank and a tank for biowater as standard.

For unique requirements, tailored storage solutions can be designed to fit your operation perfectly.

About Circ

Real impact starts with reducing CO2 emissions—by minimizing waste,  lowering energy costs, and embedding sustainability into daily operations.  Guided by this belief, CIRC develops biodigesters that combine innovation and sustainability into accessible, scalable solutions. With CIRC, organizations gain control over their residual streams  and take meaningful steps toward a sustainable future.

We believe food waste shouldn’t go to waste. Every day, valuable  vegetables, fruit, and other residual streams are discarded, even though they offer powerful potential for clean, sustainable energy. CIRC unlocks that value. This is why we created our compact, innovative biodigester—your own local power plant. It transforms unavoidable food waste into renewable energy and organic fertilizer, replaces natural gas with biogas, and closes local biomass loops.

The result: lower costs, reduced emissions, and a meaningful contribution to a more sustainable society. In short: by joining forces, we accelerate sustainability and amplify our impact.
